Our story
Since 2015, our team has been managing residential property in and around London—building the practical experience that now powers StoneHill Housing.

Experience with purpose.
Well-run homes, dependable partnerships and a secure base for residents.
A decade of hands-on experience
Our journey began with the day-to-day realities of residential management: looking after properties, responding to residents, coordinating maintenance and keeping communication moving between everyone involved.
Over the years, that responsibility has ranged from individual HMOs to sizeable portfolios and complete blocks of up to 74 flats. Each property has strengthened our understanding of what owners need, what housing teams expect and what makes a home work well for the people living in it.
That experience shaped StoneHill: practical, responsive and accountable from the first conversation onwards.

StoneHill today
A rebranded business combining residential expertise with guaranteed rent and specialist accommodation.

The next chapter
Our rebrand brought our experience, ambition and social purpose under one clear name. We continue to manage residential property while specialising in guaranteed-rent leases and emergency and temporary accommodation.
For owners, that means a professional partner focused on dependable income and active oversight. For councils, it means responsive access to suitable homes and a team that remains involved. For households facing urgent housing need, it means a safe, stable place from which to rebuild and move forward.
